- After unlocking the Minotaur Beast Form, the Unique enemy Xuthus will appear on the place Xenesthis was battled.
- The "ac" from Xenesthis's code name (MB1096ac) appears to be for "arachnid".
- The only other enemy to share this classification is Xuthus.
- The name "Xenesthis" comes from a genus of tarantula which contains four species. They are large spiders that live in Colombia and Venezuela.
